Arrangement for severe weather: On the event date, on or before 7 am, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Extreme Condition, the Conference will be cancelled. If the Black Rainstorm Signal, the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Extreme Condition is/will be cancelled on or before 7 am, the Conference will proceed as scheduled.
